Basement Conversion, Headingley, Leeds

Originally a 4 bedroom property, we were asked to re-design the layout to accommodate a further 2 bedrooms in the basement.

Included in the project was the complete refurbishment of the property, moving structural walls to provide a kitchen/dining space for the tenants.

The property needed to conform with HMO and Building Regulations and had to be ready for occupation within 8 weeks.
